Implemented strategic marketing programs to capture new business opportunities. Created unique home game promotions with local radio stations and advertising sponsors. Also, handled public relations, marketing, event planning and fundraising for brand new state-of-the-art stadium.
Registered and organized logistics for 21 national tradeshows. Organized conference site, food/beverage, and travel for annual sales conference. Reduced overall tradeshow costs by 25% by proactively organizing product and promotional materials orders, eliminating costly overnight material shipments.
Created annual marketing plan to drive online and offline growth. Developed, tested and launched online and and retail strategies to drive business results. Aggressive e-commerce plan led to 19% YOY web growth and 5% overall growth.

Marketing is about telling a story. Stories can highlight what it is like to taste a new dish on the menu, paint a picture of what it is like to attend an event, or even showcase the benefits of a particular product or service. The story can be told through compelling copy, captivating visuals, and a video or animated GIF to show what the experience is like. A favorite quote of mine is “Tell me a fact and I’ll learn. Tell me a truth and I’ll believe. But tell me a story and it will live in my heart forever.” I believe that together as a team we can craft the guest/customer story together… with our words, our smiles and our helpful information/collateral to create a sensational story that the guests/customers want to experience it again, and again.
